Renée T. Fortunato,
concentrates her practice in real estate, banking law and general transactional
law. In the course of her practice, Ms. Fortunato has represented national
retail and development companies in complex business transactions, including the
acquisition and development of mixed-use retail and commercial properties. Her
experience includes negotiation and documentation of real estate financing on
behalf of institutional lenders and borrowers, as well as representation of
owners, operators, franchisors and franchisees on the due diligence,
acquisition, development, financing and operation of retail shopping centers,
hotels, resorts, golf courses and spas.
Ms. Fortunato graduated from Yale University in 1988 and the University of
Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 1991. In addition to her private law
practice, she has worked in-house as General Counsel at several real estate
development and management companies. She is admitted to practice in Arizona
and Nevada.
