
Michael S. Love is a member of the
firm’s litigation group. Mr. Love has practiced general civil litigation since
1996 handing various matters involving personal injury, mass tort, premises
liability, products liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation.
Mr. Love has represented a wide range of corporate clients including the world’s
largest manufacturer of oil rig equipment and a national hospital chain. Mr.
Love’s experience in personal injury matters includes a wrongful death action in
which his clients received a $14.3 million verdict and representation of the
State of Texas in the state’s tobacco litigation.
Mr. Love was born in Anderson, South
Carolina. He received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas at
Austin and his J.D. in 1996 from the University of San Diego School of Law where
he was a member of the Environmental Moot Court Team and the Phi Delta Phi
honors fraternity. During the summer of 1994 he attended a mini pupilage in
Manchester, England where he assisted in a public inquiry concerning the land
use and environmental impacts of the Manchester Airport. |
